Always cool to drop in and see what you're having to say. Editing is the bane of the writing world and those writers that say they love it are just doing that positive affirmation thingie (sorry for the technical terminology). I don't like it, but I do it...a lot. My biggest problem? No matter how many times I rewrite, I find something I want to change. A word, a punctuation mark, a piece of "vital" backstory, a darling I should have knocked off agaes ago.
