What's that one product challenge that has you stuck?

Jeff Narucki
Jeff Narucki

Most people come to me with one. A launch that won't move. A stakeholder you can't get through to. A team that isn't gelling. A promotion that isn't coming. Sometimes it's a quiet feeling that you're not good enough for the position you just got. We'll work that one until it moves. And you leave knowing how you moved it, so the next time you can handle it without me. The career part tends to take care of itself once it does.

WHERE WE WORK ON GETTING UNSTUCK

A jigsaw has the picture on the box. You know what finished looks like. A Rubik's Cube shows a two dimensional picture of a three dimensional problem. Every move you make changes three sides you aren't looking at.

Tighten the roadmap, and engineering doesn't trust your dates.
Win over the stakeholder, and the team feels sold out.
Take the promotion, lose the mentor.

That's why generic advice doesn't stick. It can only ever tell you about one side at a time.

Most people I coach show up in one of these three places.

WORKING A CHALLENGE

New to product or changing careers

A mid-career PM ready to level up

A leader sitting on a hard decision

You're tired of advice written about someone else's situation. Together we build the story, the skills, and the judgment that get you hired and ready for day one.

You're good at the job but stuck below the level you want. We work on the things that actually move you up: influence, strategy, and the decisions senior PMs are trusted to make.

You need a sharp, senior sounding board for one specific challenge. We go deep on exactly where you're stuck, and put aside all of the noise and doubt.

Your product career isn't a jigsaw puzzle. It's a Rubik's cube.

One challenge. Three weeks.

It starts with a 30-minute call — no cost, no commitment — to figure out what's actually stuck and whether coaching is the right move. If the answer is that you need a different kind of conversation, I'll tell you that.

WHERE DO WE START?

Three-Session Engagement
3 weeks / $600

One real challenge, worked all the way through. Three 60-minute sessions, one a week, plus async review of one real artifact in between.

Session one, we get precise about what's actually in your way. Most people start with a symptom.
Session two, we build a plan you'll run, sized so that something real happens before we meet again.
Session three, we look at what happened and decide what you do next.

You leave with a result you can use, not a page of advice.

No commitment. A 30-minute conversation to see what next step makes sense.

Some people are done in three weeks. Others want a longer arc, another challenge to work on, or a way to level their whole team up. Those take different shapes depending on what you're solving, so we work them out on the call.

Frameworks are tools, and most people I coach have read the same books I have. That's rarely what's missing.

What's missing is distance. You're standing inside the problem, and from in there, the thing blocking you looks like the way things are, not a decision someone made.

I ask questions. Better ones than you're asking yourself, because I'm outside the problem, even while I'm sitting next to you. Most of what we find, you already knew. You needed someone with no stake in the answer, so you could finally say it out loud.

The questions come from experience, not theory. Twenty years running product teams, including a few stretches where I was the one who couldn't see it.

You've probably already seen it. You're just too close to name it.

MY APPROACH

"

Jeff is the mentor I was looking for. I initially felt like an imposter, but his support helped me embrace my role and build confidence as a Director of Product. His suggestions allowed me to quickly advance toward my goals.

Carley M — Director of Product, AdTech Startup

Jeff is a great coach who gave me the confidence to transition into product management in the tech industry.

Coming from a consulting background, I wanted to be fully equipped for the switch — and his coaching gave me both the tactical steps and mindset shift I needed. He was incredibly supportive throughout the interview preparation process.

Jeff knows how to meet you where you are. He brings a calm, thoughtful approach that helps you see both the big picture and the details that matter.

Jeff asks the right questions, offers clear feedback, and creates a space where growth feels achievable.

Through his coaching, I became more confident in my storytelling and overall product mindset. I'd recommend Jeff to any product manager who's serious about leveling up their career.

Jeff is a dedicated mentor who fosters a collaborative team environment and accelerates professional development.

He helped me communicate more effectively with my management, which allowed me to better align with the company's goals.

Jeff doesn't just manage products; he transforms them. His guidance helped me reconsider how I design products by seeing them through my customers' eyes.

Most people I talk to have been carrying the same problem for a while. Bring me yours. I've seen a version of it before, and I have nothing riding on what you decide.

You don't have to figure this out alone.
