I've led product for Fortune 100 and scrappy startups alike, and I know firsthand what it taks to turn an idea into a profitable product, espectially in regulated industries like fintech and e-commerce.

My core belief is simple: great products are built on a deep, almost obsessive understanding of the customer. It's not about the features; it's about solving real problems and creating value people can't ignore. That conviction is the foundation of everything I do, in both consulting and coaching.
